Qualities


Relating to Others



Relating to others is being open about other's ideas in a kind way. Each time I'm in a group I say " I like your idea but I think you need to work on your..." Instead of people saying "Well I think your idea isn't good. " It is important for me to relate to others because if I treat others in a mean way then they're going to treat me badly back. By Chloe

Relating to others is being  friendly, learning  others names and helping others when they are hurt.I relate to others by welcoming new students and getting a teacher when kid are hurt. It is important for me to relate to others otherwise I would not know people's names or what they like or know. By Lucy

Relating to others is being honest in a nice way. I relate to others by being fair and by being friendly when I meet new people. It is important for me to relate to others because I want to make new friends. By Charlotte.
 
Relating to others is giving feedback but in a positive way. Relating to others is also helping people when they are hurt or in need e.g. supporting others with maths problems but not telling them the answer. I relate to others by using kind words and being positive. It is important for me to relate to others by because if we didn't relate to others how would we make friends and listen to people. Relating to others is getting to know people and what they think and feel, including people and being honest in a kind way. I relate to others by showing great leadership, respect and treating others how they want to be treated. It is important for me to relate to others because you need to interact with a group of friends or a friend so you can get to know people or new students in school.

Relating to others is learning people's names and greeting them. I relate to others by including people and making them feel welcome. I can make friends with new people by learning about their personality! It is important for me to relate to others because it can be lonely when people starts a new school so we have to be kind and caring.

Relating to others is learning people's names, being friendly, treating others with respect and giving high fives. I can relate to others by letting them share their ideas. It is important for me to learn people's names because they are special and if you say "Hey you , come here" that is rude.

Relating to others is being fair. I relate to others by learning, being fair and following the rules. Being fair is when you play tag and the tagger tags you, you cant go and say "I never got tagged!" You have to play fair any game. by Jael

Relating to others is showing kids how to behave at our school and to show kindness to other people. I show that I am relating to others by giving positive feedback about others ideas it's important for me to relate to others because the new kids can follow a good example. By Isaac.

Relating to others is respecting people and learning their names. It is important to call people by their names instead of saying "hey boy!" because they don't know who you are talking to. Relating to others is getting along with people by learning who they are. Each year when I move classes I relate to others by learning their cultures, what they like to do and their personality. It is important for me to relate to others so that I can understand if someone needs help or if they need positive feedback for them to understand what they're doing.

Relating to others means people not saying put down, treating people kindly and helping each other. We have been relating to each other by working together as a team to make a poster. We talked to each other and shared our ideas. We drew pictures together and shared the work. It is important to relate to each other because by working together we can get the work done.
